Develops, decides and implements appropriate Health Management guidelines for unit(s) assigned.* Performs physical examination and health assessment of employees.* Performs full evaluations of employees' condition.* Provides case management for medical leaves of absence and worker's compensation cases, as well as for follow-up care.* Prepares and tracks reports of employees treated and/or industrial accidents.* Guides the care of employees with disabilities and stabilized chronic conditions.* Provides emergency treatment, first aid, and medical condition assessment.* Refers employees for appropriate medical treatment.* Participates in on-site pre-employment drug screens, records and reports results.* Supports with maintenance of business unit site medical records.* Participates in reporting and monitoring work-related injuries.* Participates in administration, maintenance, and updating of medical records, documents services provided by occupational health services.
