What this job involves –

As the Occupancy Planning & Management (OPM) Manager, you will be responsible for directing the OPM team supporting a technology client throughout the APAC region. In this capacity, you will serve as the lead for delivering occupancy planning services to clients, acting as a trusted advisor to both the client and account team. Your role will be pivotal in implementing best practices, leveraging industry expertise, and providing thought leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery and specialized knowledge.

You will build and maintain critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, ensuring coordination and collaboration among different JLL businesses.

Strategic thinking, simplifying complexities, seeing the big picture, and driving results are essential job requirements. Delivering Occupancy Solutions

Your primary focus will be developing occupancy plans, sequencing moves, and resolving planning issues while ensuring maximum space utilization and corporate alignment. You will recommend space policies, collaborate with Senior Leadership on site-specific strategies, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in workplace programs. Using business knowledge and critical thinking, you will model superior client relationship management and strategic thinking as a key contributor to the Occupancy Planning team.

A Communication Champion

Excel in both verbal and non-verbal communication through exceptional written skills, active listening, visual communication, and the ability to engage at all leadership levels, from administrative to executive. Master the art of understanding complex ideas and communicating them to diverse audiences across the account and client organization. Leverage superior stakeholder management abilities to build and maintain critical relationships between various individuals and organizations. Ensure coordination and collaboration among different JLL businesses, managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholder expectations with diplomacy and strategic insight.

Technical Excellence & Data-Driven Insights

You have critical thinking skills and can easily tell a compelling story through data analysis. Success requires mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex calculations) and a comprehensive understanding of floor plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to consolidate data and floor plans into persuasive PowerPoint presentations that influence client decisions and drive business outcomes will be highly valuable for the job.
