About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities/Project Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate, preferably supporting multi‑country or regional portfolios.Proficiency in CAFM systems, space management tools, and ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret utilization data, forecast space needs, and develop data‑driven recommendations.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities, with experience collaborating across functional teams in complex environments.
