The Occupancy Planner – APAC will oversee regional space planning activities across multiple countries, providing strategic and tactical expertise in supply, capacity, and demand across the client’s real estate portfolio. The role will support business units across the APAC region by developing space scenarios, stack plans, utilization analyses, and long‑term workplace strategies aligned with the client’s vision and growth requirements.

Manage day‑to‑day and long‑term occupancy planning for multiple APAC sites, including change requests, space plans, stack plans, and utilization analysis.Maintain accurate CAFM and demand/supply data across countries, ensuring all occupancy information reflects current and forecasted conditions.Partner with regional client stakeholders, business leads, Strategy, IFM, and Project Delivery teams to align space solutions with real estate strategy and regional business needs.Lead or support large‑scale initiatives such as restacks, consolidations, expansions, M&A integrations, and regional migration plans.Develop planning recommendations, reports, and presentations for APAC leadership, highlighting opportunities, risks, operational metrics, and portfolio insights

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities/Project Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate, preferably supporting multi‑country or regional portfolios.Proficiency in CAFM systems, space management tools, and ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret utilization data, forecast space needs, and develop data‑driven recommendations.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities, with experience collaborating across functional teams in complex environments.
