**Job Title** Occupancy Planner **Job Description Summary** The Occupancy Planner oversees and provides tactical occupancy planning expertise in supply, capacity and demand of Client’s portfolio of space in a specific geographic region. **Job Description** **Principle Responsibilities** + Activities will consist of day-to-day change requests, project space planning and solution development, project support including client relationship management and project coordination, site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis, solution outcomes and utilization metrics. + Develop commercial office test-fits and space plans + Coordinate with project management, maintenance, and business partners to ensure work is delivered within timeframe and agreed-upon scope, raising project risks, issues and opportunities as needed + Work with the client on utilization data and sizing model information + Develop and expand relationships with key client/site stakeholders + Compiles and analyzes data for business initiatives + Participates in site studies/business scenarios and strategies to develop proposals and plans to align space occupancy with business needs and enterprise initiatives + Create project cost estimates + For larger projects, present proposed block plans to senior management and site leadership to build alignment and gain buy in + Performs regional integration and site analysis + Evaluates site capabilities + Interacts with internal organizations to identify and assess space needs + Creates short range facilities plans + Maintain and analyze BU demand/supply information + Monitor BU demand and supply against approved plan + Understand and incorporate workplace strategy in long-term plans + Identify tactical projects for implementation + Create current and forecasted stack plans + Monitor, prioritize, and adjust to unplanned activity + Assist with the development and implementation strategies to improve employee experience + Support change management as it pertains to changing workspace and work style + Coordinates, maintains and provides information to update use and occupancy tracking system **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline or field of study (i.e. Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Planning/Coordination, Facilities, Project or Construction Management, etc.) + Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a corporate real estate/facility management environment. + Minimum of 3+ years’ experience developing corporate office space plans and test fits + Minimum of 3+ years' MAC experience preferred + Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services + Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations + Maintains a working knowledge of space management systems, AutoCAD and relational database functionality preferred. + Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design + Experienced in managing concurrent projects of varied scope and complexity + Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications + Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong oral, written and presentation skills + Assume ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction + Must thrive in a complex, dynamic environment Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
