**Introduction** As part of our commitment of helping our customers run their operations in the Cloud, we are mindful of the Observability needs that help customer make the right business decisions, and we are looking to strengthen these capabilities.Having this in mind, we are looking to bring into the team people with hands on experience in Observability, and more specific, with OpenTelemetry knowledge, considering the challenges brought by the multi-cloud setup of the customer environments. **Your role and responsibilities** Provide support and development for: * Routing layer and broker for telemetry data (metrics, traces, logs) * Central Observability Layer * End2End Visibility * Distributed Tracing based on OpenTelemetry **Required technical and professional expertise** * Distributed tracing experience is needed * OpenTelemetry knowledge is essential. Also on the level of how collectors working and * Understand how the Grafana stack is working (Tempo etc.) * ClickHouse should be the new data backend for all analytics processes * Knowledge of the go-lang should be available in order to implement collectors yourself if necessary. * Know how to use the stack efficiently without having to rely on cloud-native services. * Familiarity with automating infrastructure deployment using GitOps tools like ArgoCD or GITHUB **Preferred technical and professional experience** * In-depth knowledge and expertise in OpenTelemetry data collection, analysis, and implementation (Metrics, Events, Logs and Traces) * Experience working in Grafana - creating and customizing dashboards, integrating Grafana with different tools, and troubleshooting issues related to Grafana implementations.
