What you’ll do...

Reporting to the EVDD Strategic Operations Manager, you will lead a small team of highly skilled, self-motivated, experienced and networked individuals, serving as the main point of contact for EVDD as it relates to Objectives and Metrics consolidation and reporting.  This team will be responsible for development, cascade, maintenance, reporting and driving execution of EVDD L1 and L2 level objectives.  Collaborating with the functional teams and adjacent Business Offices will be paramount to ensure strategic and tactical execution are aligned to business plans. 

 

Interface with Office of the CEO to update relevant L0s relative to EVDD performanceDevelopment of EVDD L1 objective and KPIs in conjunction with the leadership teamOn-going maintenance of EVDD L1 objective and KPIs to ensure relevant updates are available for key leadership reviewsResponsible for decomposition of L1s to L2 levels in partnership with functional team leadersEnsure L2 objective and KPIs are maintained and reviewed on a regular cadence with EVDD leadershipRobust cascade and communication of all L1 and L2 objectives to EVDD teamsConstruction and maintenance of a streamlined system to clearly communicate L1 and L2 updates to all relevant partiesMaintain an ongoing repository of L1 and L2 objectives and KPIs to ensure robust tracking and history

 

What you'll have...

Bachelors' degree in engineering, computer science or business, or equivalent industry experience5+ years of experience in strategic roles within tech, automotive, or related industries, with a track record of increasing responsibilityMinimum 5 years of experience working in engineering and business operations succeeding in assignments with very high degree of complexity, ambiguity and company navigationDemonstrated complex project management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to think critically, processing and analyzing complex information while considering different perspectives, driving high quality solutionsDemonstrated ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plansA Bias for action, driving items to closure without sacrificing quality or timeliness

Experience working in Automotive/Manufacturing IndustryData-driven decision-making style with significant experience working with a variety of data structures and proven ability to synthesize “the signal from the noise”, and apply these insights to key decisionsComfort with ambiguity – demonstrated ability to structure an approach to complex problems and drive clarity on solutions Ability to effortlessly flex and utilize strategic thinking skills, systems thinking skills, and attention-to-detail Ability to influence above and below leadership level across multiple functions and business units, doing so without invoking the name or title of the principal(s) with which you are partneringAbility to use high levels of tech to improve efficiency and productivity – be on the leading edge of technology adoption
