The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Obstetrician-Gynecologist – Salem Hospital

Mass General Brigham | Danvers

The community division of Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team at Salem Hospital.

This is a full-scope position offering a mix of obstetrics, gynecology, ambulatory care, and surgery. We welcome both new graduates and experienced OB/GYNs who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

This role includes ambulatory care, surgical procedures, and labor and delivery coverage. Primary ambulatory locations include our offices in Danvers, MA, and Swampscott, MA.

No panel management — patients are seen across the local MGB network.Call is approximately 1:7 weekends, with support from certified nurse midwives and the Lynn Community Health CenterClinical support from a team of NPs, midwives, and laborists.Ultrasound and lab services at all ambulatory sites.Access to MGH Maternal-Fetal Medicine and specialists for complex or high-risk cases.Robotic surgery available for interested candidates.About the North Shore of Boston:
