**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **General OB/GYN Opportunity - Practice Autonomy, Mission Driven, Great Work-Life Balance** CommonSpirit Obstetrics & Gynecology Sisters Grove is seeking an OB/GYN Physician to join our well-established, mission-driven practice in Colorado Springs, CO. For more than 25 years, our physicians have provided expert, compassionate women’s health care while building lifelong relationships with patients. **Practice Overview** + Established, high-volume OB/GYN practice with strong community reputation + Team-based environment with experienced OB/GYN physicians, NPs, CNMs, and support staff + Full-scope OB/GYN care: well-woman visits, prenatal care, deliveries, gynecology, and menopause management + Minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery available + Emphasis on patient-centered, compassionate, and personalized care **Responsibilities** + Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care + Perform gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive approaches + Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams + Participate in shared call and quality-focused care delivery **Job Requirements** In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: **Two years of experience preferred but not required, new grads are welcome to apply** + Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty. + Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration; + Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital; + Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution + Doctorate MD or DO required + DR-Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) \#HEC **Where You'll Work** At CommonSpirit Academy Women’s Healthcare Associates, you’ll practice in a modern, patient-centered clinic in Colorado Springs, CO, with hospital privileges at St. Francis Hospital, part of CommonSpirit Health.
