Position Highlights

Full-time position with a focus on comprehensive, community-centered women’s careHospital privileges requiredParticipates in a supportive group call schedule, typically one call every 8–10 days and one weekend every 8–10 weeks.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $275,000 plus incentive opportunitySign-on bonus: $15,000Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and generous retirement contribution of up to $23,500Generous paid time off with a starting accrual of 200 hours with additional time available in illness banks, personal time and birthday PTO.CME funds and time off provided for continuing educationEligibility for NHSC and state loan repayment programs

What You’ll Do

Provide a full scope of obstetric and gynecologic services, from prenatal care and delivery to ongoing women’s health needsServe patients of all ages and backgrounds, strengthening access to care in underserved communitiesCollaborate with skilled providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver team-based, patient-focused careMaintain accurate documentation within our Epic EMR systemContribute to quality improvement efforts that advance women’s health services

Qualifications

MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility for board certification in Obstetrics and GynecologyCurrent or eligibility for unrestricted West Virginia medical licenseA heart for community care and a commitment to Valley Health’s mission of “Quality Healthcare in Your Neighborhood”
