**OB/GYN Hospitalist - Physician - Davenport, Iowa - Join an amazing team**
Looking for an experienced OB/GYN to join our OB/GYN Hospitalist team on a PRN basis.
-Provide 24 hour in house care for OB & GYN emergencies in ER and labor & delivery (24 hour in house coverage by anesthesia and neonatology as well)
-Accept and manage transfers from smaller hospitals in the region
-Provide intrapartum, antepartum, and postpartum care for unassigned patients
-Back up call for MercyOne OB/GYN practice
-Supervision of 1st and 2nd year Family Medicine residents and one FM-OB Fellows
**MercyOne Genesis Birth Center in Davenport:**
Busy labor & delivery, with approximately 2000 births per year, is supported by several amazing groups of physicians:
2 OB/GYN groups:
+ Large established private practice includes 8 physicians and 6 midwives
+ Hospital employed group, provides clinic-based care for MercyOne Genesis OB & GYN patients as well as for local FQHC, Community Health Care/Edgerton Women’s Health (collaborate with 5 midwives from FQHC in office and hospital)

Join us in the Quad Cities, on the banks of the Mississippi, minutes from the Quad Cities Airport. It is an easy drive to Chicago to the East (2.5 hours), and the University of Iowa to the West (1 hour), with safe neighborhoods and short commute times. The community is fortunate to have a local festival scene, excellent schools (in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas), the Niabi Zoo, museums, fine arts and outdoor activities.
