their clients and their clientsrsquo familiesThe Outcome and Assessment Information Set OASIS Coding SpecialistLiaison is responsible for acting as a bridge between each branchagency and the outsource company performing diagnosis coding and OASIS review This position will ensure timely completion of all codingOASIS review workflow and specifically assisting with those episodes requiring queries and clarificationsResponsible for assisting agencybranch personnel with locating appropriate documentation as needed for coding queriesAssists agencybranch personnel with answering questions from outsource coding company pertaining to diagnosis coding and OASIS review This may require analyzing documentation found both in HCHB and in Epic for the most appropriate solutions to said questionsAssists in ensuring timely completion of duties as found in the Coding Specialist workflow by assisting with queries and issues dailyMonitors Teams channels for requests to expedite coding and communicates these to the outsource coding team in a timely mannerAssists local leadership in developing implementing maintaining and analyzing the effectiveness of methods and models to assist
