Make It Possible.** The **o9** **Implementation Lead** for the o9 program is responsible for driving and managing the BU implementation of o9 to ensure functional solution is seamless integrated end 2 end from demand to supply and x-functional streams. The role will work closely with global/regional and local partners to deliver the project on time, on budget and on result in term of digital adoption. **How you will contribute** You will: + Work closely with Global deployment team, regional and BU project & cross functionsleadingo9 Core model deployment and execution inBUs by waves​ + Ensure deployment in the respective waves (BUs in Scope) delivered on time and oncost through close partnership with SI and MDS with support from functional SMEs​ + Define business process scope for BU releases and manage customization needs to driveadoption and value delivery​ + Establish Integration andLinkage to Business Workstreams for BU,identifyadditionalchange management needs to address gap closure​ + Work with BU business operation teams to define and deliver UAT success, ensurebusiness continuity and success go-live​ + Lead the BRD creation with business and MDS team andliasewith functional SME toresolve BU specific requirements and process standardization​ + Convey lesson learnt from complete BUs regional or globally to next waves ensuresmooth execution​ + Manage interdependencies between o9 and other ongoing projects to ensure jointsuccess​ + Proactively provide inputs and oversee next wave implementation preparation readiness **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
