Job DescriptionThe role of an Office 365 Engineer within the Tires IT Infrastructure Organization is centered on maintaining high-quality performance of Office 365 services. This role includes management of Office 365 and ensuring that these services meet the business requirements. Proficiency in Office 365 topics is essential for this role.
Your tasks
Oversee and monitor the performance of Office 365 services.Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Office 365.Collaborate with internal teams to implement and sustain Office 365 solutions.Identify and execute opportunities for enhancement in Office 365 services.Ensure effective deployment and management of Office 365 applications.Prepare and present reports on Office 365 service performance to management.Provide technical guidance and support for Office 365-related projects.QualificationsYour profile:
Academic degree in computer science or a related field.3+ years of experience in managing Office 365 services.Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for Office 365.Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.English skills - min.
