As part of the Global Finance Organisation, the European Finance Operations Team is established to manage transactional processing services across Europe within Sage, covering Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. This role will lead the Order to Cash team. This is a multifaceted role with accountability for driving the DSO strategy, supporting a positive customer journey and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting transactions around and the general compliance environment around these processes. This is an exciting role for those who are looking to drive a Finance team of the future with a view to automating processes where possible and delivering value add services to customers and key stakeholders. The candidate should have strong financial and compliance skills but, also a proven history of driving change and continuous improvement. They will be experienced in managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation with established team leadership and management skills. The candidate must be bi-lingual in French and English.

This is a hybrid role 3 days per week from our Paris office.
