O2C Continuous Improvement Operations Delivery Lead - Fix- Term 6 months
**Introduction** This role is responsible for overseeing the daily service delivery of the Finance and Procurement Centers (FPC) to the client, ensuring full adherence to processes, SLAs, and KPIs. It also involves proactively identifying and resolving delivery issues, managing escalations, and maintaining smooth operational performance. **Your role and responsibilities** * Identify and support process/system improvements and UAT. * Promote efficiency via optimization and automation. * Prepare O2C project framework, define roles, milestones, and timelines. * Ensure user understanding of changes; develop and deliver training. * Support best practice implementation and lessons learned. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong O2C process knowledge (SAP, S4Hana etc.). * Excellent stakeholder management and communication. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Results-driven with focus on continuous improvement. * High attention to detail and process discipline.
