Job Summary The NY Support Center Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operation of our office, all while creating and maintaining an uplifting and positive experience for our team. The NYSC Coordinator needs to be hospitality driven and passionate about helping people, organized and detailed oriented, able to multitask, and have a well-developed excellence reflex. This role sets the tone for our culture and office environment for our Team Members and Guests alike by serving as the receptionist, office manager, and engagement champion. Job Responsibilities and Duties Reception: Greet all guests and team members and ensures every person has a great experience from the time they walk in the door until the time they leave. Serves as the point of contact for questions about the Support Center and handles any verbal or written requests for assistance accessing or navigating the space from guests or team members. Office Operations: Manage the office and facilities by handling everything from the purchasing and restocking of office supplies to the organization and tidying of conference rooms and common areas. Office Maintenance: Oversee the smooth operation of all office equipment and systems. Manages relationships with vendors that service office equipment and the facilities overall. Office Expenses: Oversee and manage a budget for expenses related to ordering supplies, shipping, vendor payments, etc. Tracks vendor contracts and processes and codes invoices using Workday for on-time payments. Identifying Solutions: As issues or new needs are identified, generate ideas and create new processes to resolve problems and create efficiencies. Team Member Engagement: Occasionally support the Atlanta Support Center Coordinator in new hire onboarding, team member appreciation and recognition efforts, monthly Support Center meeting, office activities sponsored by Shacktivities, ERGs, or other departments, and other Support Center events as needed. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Organized with strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask + Microsoft Office Suite proficiency + Self-starter who looks for ways to do something better + Forward-thinking planner with a bias for action + Able to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and problem solve + Reliable, responsive, and willing to be present in the office Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 PM Requirements - Education, Experience, and Physical Education Requirements Associate Degree preferred Work Experience 0-2 years Related Experience + At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, in retail customer service, or in office administration. + Office management or hospitality customer service experience preferred.
