Remote NX CAM Programmer responsible for programming 3-axis through 5-axis machine tools using NX 2027 for a wide range of job shop components.
Job Requirements
Proficiency with NX 2027 for CAM programming.
Experience programming a variety of machine tools from 3-axis lathes to 5-axis mills.
Experience programming DMU mono and Duo 5-axis machine tools.
Experience programming CTX and NTX mill-turn machine tools.
Ability to work fully remote while delivering complete, production-ready NC programs.
Ability to manage and organize multiple programming projects and associated documentation.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting job shop environments with high-mix, low-volume components.
Experience optimizing toolpaths for cycle time reduction and tool life.
Familiarity with post-processor usage and minor edits for supported machines.
Job Responsibilities
Program CNC parts in NX 2027 for 3-axis lathes, 5-axis mills, and mill-turn machine tools.
Develop complete NC programs for a wide range of job shop-type components.
Support DMU mono and Duo 5-axis machines and CTX/NTX mill-turn machines with accurate and efficient toolpaths.
Organize and maintain project files, setups, tool lists, and documentation for each job.
Report directly to the end customer for daily project direction, priorities, and planning.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
