GENERAL SUMMARY:
To participate in the activities that monitor the day to day operation of your assigned unit/location. Responsible for safe and random cashier audits. Leader must clearly understand and adhere to all cash policies. Calculate and process the guest transactions of menu selections in the cafe. Program cash registers with correct prices for menu items. Maintain the retail front of the house marketing and merchandizing plan. This position participates in the coordination and direction of unit team members. Partners with the Leadership Team and provides observation based input for Performance Management and corrective action if necessary.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. At least two to three (2-3) years of cash register experience required. Cash handling experience including deposits, change orders, sales recordkeeping, auditing and reconciliation is strongly preferred. Ability to communicate (both verbally and in written format) effectively. Ability to work with mathematical concepts and to work well under time constraints.
