🚀Buscamos un/a Nutriasesor/a para liderar el servicio de asesoramiento nutricional en hospitales sitos en Madrid.

🔍 Qué buscamos:

🎯 Tu misión:
Desplegar y coordinar el servicio de asesoramiento nutricional en modelo híbrido (presencial y virtual). Realizar screening y valoración nutricional mediante herramientas digitales (ingesta, IMC, MNA, NRS, MUST), elaborar informes y planes nutricionales individualizados, realizar seguimiento continuado y asegurar la correcta aplicación de protocolos.
Además, impartirás formación a profesionales del centro, ofrecerás soporte técnico-científico, asesorarás en menús y dietas personalizadas, colaborarás con equipos multidisciplinares, gestionarás información clínica y participarás en proyectos científicos y de calidad del servicio.
