We are seeking to hire a **Nursing Supervisor** for our Pulmonary Clinics!
As a Nursing Supervisor in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of multiple specialty sites of ten or more physicians and mid-levels, focusing on physician relationships, staff relationships, and customer service. You will coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed. You will be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates. You will also focus on customer service, physician and staff relationship and financial management and provide leadership and nursing oversight for back-office staff.
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday. Supporting Boise & Nampa Pulmonary clinics fours day per week (on site at each location TBD), and one day in Infectious Diseases/Palliative Care.
**General Requirements:**
+ Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.
+ Management experience preferred.
**Education:**
+ An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
**License/Certification:**
+ Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho and must provide licensure in Oregon within 90 days of hire
+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
