As a Nursing Operations Manager, you will support the growth, development and advancement of nurses through their career, allowing you to make a difference in the lives of both patients and caregivers at a leadership level. **A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) varying shifts.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Identify and ensure appropriate placement, facilitation and expedition of all patient flow transactions, including direct and emergency patient admissions and transfers. + Address significant patient issues and staffing needs throughout the house and make modifications to ensure equitable staffing arrangements throughout the hospital. + Communicate changes with relevant leaders. + Manage the patient experience trans-organizationally to optimize all resources to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Three years of experience in an acute care setting + Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) + NIH Stroke Certification Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + One year of management experience + Critical Care/emergency room experience **Physical Requirements:** + Frequent walking, standing, sitting. + Manual dexterity, corrected vision, hand and eye coordination. + Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. + Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work. **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. **Pay Range** Minimum hourly: $45.00 Maximum hourly: $45.00 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
