This leader will be responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance oversight, and staff support, all while helping us deliver exceptional care to our patients and families. **What We’re Looking For:** + Strong understanding of **hospice regulatory requirements** (CMS/JCAHO), **survey readiness** , and **core hospice operations** + A **positive, collaborative attitude** with a willingness to partner closely with system care teams—especially St. Luke’s Magic Valley—for inpatient hospice care and case management + Proven ability to **motivate staff** , build a healthy team culture, and lead by example + Experience in **growing census** and achieving agency goals + Skills in **monitoring staff productivity** , conducting **regular assessments and tracers** , and supporting both employee and agency success This role oversees a team of 10, with additional collaboration with office support and volunteers.
