You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success. + Support and actualizes the Division of Nursing philosophy and goals by assuming leadership in program development and implementation. + Staff is developed to assume leadership roles both formally and informally, via role modeling and facilitating staff participation in shared governance structure. + Facilitates development and implementation to solution to problems. + Develops and Implements effective communication channels to provide information to all staff members, holding at least one unit meeting per month with posting of minutes and notice. + Directs and Participates in the orientation of new employees, evaluates programs effecting employees. 6.Has an identified council structure with an elected Staff Nurse Professional Practice Council + representative.
