Perry Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Raleigh, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of House Supervisor. 

As the House Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient. Your guidance and support will be pivotal in maintaining our standards of excellence and enhancing the overall patient experience.

What You'll Do

Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Oversee and coordinate resident care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans as needed.

Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.

Assist in training and orientation of new employees.

Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during shifts, following established protocols.

Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident. 

What You Need

Active unencumbered nursing licensure in North Carolina.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detail oriented. 

Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

This is a salaried/exempt position.
