Roles of the NES include learning facilitator, change agent, mentor, leader, champion for scientific inquiry, advocate for Nursing Professional Development specialty and partner for practice transitions. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. **Qualifications** + Master's in nursing, Academia, and/or Education experience required. + Minimum of three years of nursing practice experience. + Demonstrated teaching skills. + Certification in nursing professional development is preferred. + Basic Life Support (BLS) competency is highly recommended. + ED and ICU experience required. + Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
