Nursing Coordinator Position Highlights:
+ Schedule: 40 hours/week (approximately)
+ No weekend or holiday requirements
+ Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (some flexibility available)
+ Location: Polk City, IA
Responsibilities of the Nursing Coordinator:
+ Scheduling & Payroll
+ Inventory Control (ordering, organizing, and Orbits)
+ Medical Records Management
+ Transportation of Persons Served (as needed/as back up)
+ Coordination of Persons Served Appointments
+ Tracking & Inventory of Persons Served Possessions
+ Helping with CNA duties (as applicable)

Requirements of the Nursing Coordinator (Administrative Assistant) - CNA role:
+ Current Iowa CNA certification
+ Must be 18 years of age (required to operate mechanical lifts)
+ Must maintain, obtain, and/or be willing to obtain Chauffeurs license
+ Ability to maintain CPR certification & Mandatory Reporter certifications (training provided if not certified)
+ Experience providing administrative support (preferred)
