Responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing clinical data to support quality improvement and patient care. The role closely collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to accurate data collection, reporting and utilization to assure high quality, safe patient care is rendered.  

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Data collection and management

2. Data analysis and reporting

3. Support the application of data into practice through quality initiatives (PDSA, RCA, FMEA, ETC)

4. Technology utilization to leverage quality initiatives as they pertain to patient care
