This position requires the ability to work the following schedule:

Retrieves family from the lobby Make snacks for patientsSchedules post op appointmentsWeekly ordering of DMEsTransporting patients to their vehiclesTaking vitalsCleaning roomsSet up for next dayCross trained to admitting, PACU, and the front deskWorks closely with the nursing staff to provide excellent patient careFast paced environment with quick patient turnoverLicensure/Certification Qualifications:BLS certification required within 3 months of hireVerifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program OR current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registryEssentia Health St. Mary's- Detroit Lakes has earned the Pathway to Excellence designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
