We are currently seeking a nursing assistant who shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care. As a nursing assistant, you will be a vital part of our healthcare team, working under the supervision or registered nurses to support the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of our patients. Key responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility as well as supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care plans. This role will also involve coordinating patient appointments, communicating with patients both on the phone and in person and performing various clerical tasks.
Schedule Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Melrose Hospital 12-hour night shifts | 7:00 pm – 7:30 am Every third weekend | Rotating holidaysPay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $17.32 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $15.96 - $23.96 per hour Earn extra pay for working nights and weekends! Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required within 30 days of employment
