Patel Research Institute, also located at AdventHealth Tampa, leads the way in clinical and academic research in the areas of neuroscience, cardiovascular medicine, advanced surgery and more contributing valuable knowledge that leads to tomorrows cures for conditions such as heart failure, cancer and other diseases. **The role you'll contribute:** Coordinates shift staffing, facilitates patient flow, serves as resource person and hospital management representative for the assigned shift; and facilitates the delivery of patient services from all hospital departments during the evening and night shifts. **The value you'll bring to the team:** Demonstrates Caring Behaviors to patients, families, and colleagues. Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. Minimum of 5 years experience with one year in a supervisory capacity in Acute Care. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida or licensure from another state with verification of application and eligibility for Florida licensure by endorsement. RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS.
