Role Overview

Reporting to the Group Director, the Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing engaging curriculums that foster a love for learning. Overseeing staff development, training, and performance management. Establishing strong relationships with parents and the wider community. Driving marketing and enrollment initiatives to enhance the nurserys presence. Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.

 

Candidate Requirements

UAE experience in early years education. A CACHE Level 5 certification. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. A proactive and innovative approach to nursery management and curriculum development.
