**Responsibilities** **Shift:** Casual Part-Time, Days **Job Summary:** Responsible for the review of medical records for appropriate admission status and continued hospitalization. **Essential Duties:** + Conducts admission and continued stay reviews. + Reviews records for accurate patient status orders and addresses deficiencies with providers. + Collaborates with Care Coordinatos to ensure progression of care. + Engages with Denials/Revenue Cycle vendor to discuss denials prevention. **Qualifications** **License/Certification:** + Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon. + Certified Case Manager (CCM), Accredited Case Manager (ACM-RN) or UM Certification preferred. + American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days of hire. **Experience:** + Two (2) years acute care experience.
