**Responsibilities** **Seeking dedicated RNs to guide patients through post-operative recovery.** As a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on our Surgical Floor. **You will:** + Observe, collect, and record patient data for comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and progress tracking. + Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team. + Administer medications safely and precisely.
