Nurse Supervisor
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to support a respected hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA. This off-shift leadership position ensures high-quality patient care, appropriate staffing, and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards across multiple units. Qualifications + Strong leadership and management abilities. + Excellent communication and documentation skills. + Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively motivate staff. + CPR certification and advanced life-saving knowledge. + Understanding of performance improvement initiatives and accreditation standards. Minimum Requirements + 2+ years of full-time RN experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical facility. + 1+ year in a supervisory, administrative, or managerial nursing role + (Graduate degree in nursing may substitute for 1 year of experience). + Current and valid Massachusetts RN license. Preferred Skills + Experience working with culturally diverse patient populations. + Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and labor relations. + Ability to function independently and make sound clinical decisions.
