Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care to patients and residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to nursing staff

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina

A minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation or long-term care

Strong leadership and supervision skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
