Supervise nursing staff during your shift, ensuring efficient patient assignments based on acuity and staff expertiseAssess care delivery, educate staff as needed, and initiate emergency procedures when necessaryAnticipate and respond to staffing needs proactively to maintain continuity of careEnsure unit readiness by overseeing supply levels and documentation for seamless transitions between shiftsThis position plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and supporting a positive team environment. Job Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered nurse. Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g., ADN). Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practiceAHA-Basic Life Support (BLS), other credentials or credential modules may be required.Where You'll Work
