Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Supervise nursing staff during your shift, ensuring efficient patient assignments based on acuity and staff expertiseAssess care delivery, educate staff as needed, and initiate emergency procedures when necessaryAnticipate and respond to staffing needs proactively to maintain continuity of careEnsure unit readiness by overseeing supply levels and documentation for seamless transitions between shifts

Qualifications
