Responsibilities Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference in residents' lives? We are searching for a compassionate and skilled RN to join our assisted living community. As an RN, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans. You will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized interventions, and continuously evaluating outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care. Position Highlights *Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients. *Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve positive patient outcomes. *Manage patient care, including delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs consistent with their scope of practice. *Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders. *Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. *Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning. *Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care (PCC).
