Employment Type: Full‑time (38 hours/week), hybrid model with 2 days in office

IQVIA is inviting Expressions of Interest for multiple Junior Program Coordinator opportunities within our growing Patient Support Programs team. These roles are well suited to junior Registered Nurses as well as candidates without nursing registration who bring strong healthcare administration or coordination experience.

About the Role

As a Junior Program Coordinator, you will support the delivery and coordination of a range of Patient Support Programs across therapeutic areas including cancer, psoriasis, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.

You will play a key role in ensuring programs run smoothly by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to both internal teams and external healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in healthcare services, pharmaceutical programs, or clinical program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Respond professionally to incoming phone calls and emails relating to patient support programsSupport patient enrolments and assist with program onboarding activitiesCoordinate scheduling and allocation of in‑field nursing staff where requiredProcess timesheets and assist with operational tracking and logisticsMaintain accurate databases, tracking systems, and program documentationPrepare and run regular reports for program sponsors and internal stakeholdersProvide general administrative support to Program Managers across multiple programsAssist with compliance, governance, and program set‑up activities

Some programs involve clinically complex therapies or procedures. Where required, Junior Registered Nurses within the team may provide clinical input or support under established governance frameworks. No direct patient care or medication administration is required for this role.

All successful candidates will receive comprehensive onboarding and program‑specific training to ensure confidence working within this specialised area of healthcare services. You will work closely with Program Managers and experienced colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & ExperienceWe are open to a range of backgrounds, including:Junior Registered Nurses (AHPRA‑registered), orNon‑nurse candidates with prior experience in healthcare administration, coordination, or customer support

Strong organisational and time‑management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)Full‑time working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
