**Location:** Sydney preferred, Melbourne considered
**Employment Type:** Full-time, (38 hours/week), 2 days in the office
IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated **Registered Nurse** to join our team as a **Nurse Program Coordinator** in Sydney or Melbourne.
**About the Role**
As our Nurse Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating various Patient Support Programs within our organization. You will be a key member of our team, delivering projects and programs that help educate and support people living with a broad range of diseases, including cancer, psoriasis, and diabetes.
Your role will involve answering incoming phone calls and emails regarding the various programs and ensuring queries are dealt with politely and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving patient enrolments, allocating our in-field nursing staff to patient support visits, processing nurse activity timesheets and organising other logistics that may be involved in the services set up to support patients. You will be responsible for running regular reports for our clients who sponsor the programs. You will assist Program Managers, and you will provide administrative assistance across various program activities including setting up and maintaining documentation files as well as maintaining accurate internal databases and tracking systems.
Due to the clinical complexity of some of the therapies and procedures involved, this role requires a Registered Nurse to ensure safe program coordination, appropriate clinical oversight if and when needed to support the team, and support compliance with treatment‑specific requirements.
You will not be required to administer medication or deliver any direct to patient clinical care.
We will ensure you receive comprehensive training to confidently step into this specialised area of healthcare services, working alongside pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and patients.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
+ Registered Nurse (mandatory)
+ Previous experience in a healthcare or customer support environment is desirable
+ Must hold permanent, full‑time working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
+ Strong organisational and time management skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
+ High attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
