Responsibilities + Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits. + Work closely with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). + Promote patient education, health maintenance, and wellness initiatives. Qualifications + Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (FNP preferred) + Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) + Active or eligible South Carolina NP license and DEA license + Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-centered approach Job Opening ID 2025-217718
