Candidates with a Palliative Care Certification are highly desired. **Highlights about the practice:** + Join a collegial team of 3 Nurse Practitioners, seeing 4-6 patients daily. + 100% inpatient and ability to grow the service line in our community. + On-site complex case management teams, social workers, chaplains. + Full-time schedule; no call or weekend requirements. + Epic EMR.
