Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated provider  to work in collaboration with consultants, residents, and advanced practitioners caring for our Head and Neck Surgical Oncologic patient population.  Responsibilities will include the clinical evaluation, diagnosis, work up, and management of a wide spectrum of Head and Neck tumors, both benign and malignant, and additional ENT ailments.  The practitioner's position will be clinic focused with team based and independent outpatient clinical encounters.  Outpatient clinic based procedures will also be a required.  The position affords a tremendous opportunity for autonomy and independent patient care responsibilities.  Applicants must be motivated, team oriented, flexible, and possess exemplary assessment, organization, communication, and time management skills.

The NP/PA, likewise, will be encouraged to pursue educational, research and academic opportunities. 



Qualifications

Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program. Current Minnesota RN and APRN license and certified as an DNP, ANP, ACNP, or FNP.

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by the NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice.

Must hold or be able to obtain/maintain BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications within the first year of hire.  Must hold or be eligible for DEA registration.
