Your primary duties will include: + Providing comprehensive patient counseling on topics such as pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraceptive care. + Educating patients on health maintenance and responding to their inquiries. + Independently assessing, diagnosing, and treating health issues. + Managing patient health problems and developing effective disposition plans. + Documenting all patient care accurately within an electronic health record (EHR) system. + Collaborating effectively with a patient care team, including other providers, pharmacists, and support staff. **Qualifications** + **Education:** Completion of a Master's degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program. + **Certification:** Current National Board Certification and an active, unrestricted license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Georgia. + **Experience:** A minimum of one year of recent primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred. + **Additional Requirement:** Must be able to obtain multistate/compact privileges and licensure in non-compact states as required by the business. **Compensation & Benefits** + **Pay Rate:** The hourly wage for this position ranges from **$74 to $** 79 (79.11) , depending on factors like experience, education, and geographic location. + **Schedule:** This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.
