The ideal candidate will have experience managing patients with diabetes and possess the ability to interpret CGM and pump data, make adjustments, and train patients on their use. Experience managing other endocrinologic diseases is a plus. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Saint Agnes to provide medical services to patients. **Responsibilities:** + In collaboration with a physician, provide for the expansion of individualized primary healthcare services by diagnosing and treating certain acute or chronic health conditions. + Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies.
