This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension St. Vincent to provide medical services to patients. **Position Highlights:** + 3 days per week - clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m + This is a part time position + No call schedule + Provider will be taking care of both surgical and non-surgical patients + Have a passion for wanting to help patients lose weight and get their life/health back **Responsibilities:** In collaboration with a physician, provide for the expansion of individualized primary healthcare services by diagnosing and treating certain acute or chronic health conditions. + Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies.
