Job Summary and Responsibilities
Seeking highly skilled RNs to provide critical, complex care in our Progressive Care Unit.
As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll apply the full nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care of considerable difficulty.
You will:
Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.Administer medications with precision for patient safety.Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat

What You Bring:
Oregon RN LicenseAHA BLS for healthcare providers within 30 daysACLS within 6 months1 year RN experience OR current Mercy Medical Center Nurse.Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)PCU and/or ICU experience preferredPCCN preferred#pcuroseburg2024
