**Responsibilities** **Seeking highly skilled RNs to provide critical, complex care in our Progressive Care Unit.** As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll apply the full nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care of considerable difficulty. **You will:** + Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress. + Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team. + Administer medications with precision for patient safety. + Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
