As a Clinical Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the patient and staff experience by providing hands-on leadership, coordination, and operational direction for your area of responsibility. You’ll be the tactical leader who ensures exceptional care, empowers staff development, and builds strong, collaborative relationships with physicians and other partners.

In this role, you will:

Drive patient-centered care by championing evidence-based practices and fostering a culture of innovation.

Lead and inspire your team through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.

Manage staffing operations, including recruitment, orientation, evaluations, and scheduling, to ensure high-performing, engaged teams.

Strengthen physician and team partnerships to create seamless, high-quality patient care experiences.

Guide quality improvement and program development initiatives that elevate care and contribute to system-wide success.

  Annual Salary Range: $109,366.40 - $161,324.80   Qualifications Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing. Prefer a master’s degree in nursing. Experience: Must have at least five (5) years of clinical experience with two to three (2-3) years of demonstrated leadership experience relevant to the patient population and scope of care of the department. Certification/Licensure: Must possess a current, valid Arizona RN license and be in good standing with the AZ Board of Nursing. Requires BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. ACLS, PALS, ATNC, or other certifications may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Bilingual is preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse people is a must. Must have excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Computer knowledge with Windows based systems is a plus. #NUR
