Registered Nurse responsible and accountable for the planning organizing directing and evaluation of clinical administrative and operational and regulatorycompliance activities for their assigned area The scope of management responsibilities includes clinical and safety practices of nurses and other members of the clinical team professional nursing practice leadership and professional growth human years of this dateExperienceMinimum of Years of relevant experience in clinical practice Minimum years of progressive leadership requiredExperienced in Pre admission Testing requiredLicensure Certification RegistrationRegistered Nurse State of CTCertified BLS provider credentialed form the American Heart Association AHACertification in a specialty area required within years of start date in position or March if already in positionPreferred RequirementsEducationMaster of Science Nursing Licensure Certification RegistrationSpecialty CertificationKnowledge Skills and Ability Requirements Broad and thorough knowledge of the discipline of NursingWorking knowledge of high reliability HRO and LEAN process improvement strategiesDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor for career
